Processing time

We pack and mail every order with care. Orders ship within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, not counting holidays). We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Carriers and rates

We ship with USPS and UPS. Shipping costs for US orders are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping on US orders of $50 or more. The free option appears at checkout once your order reaches $50.

Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may have higher rates, shown at checkout. International rates are also shown at checkout, and we cannot ship to every country. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are paid by the customer.

Delivery estimates

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and service you choose at checkout. Carrier estimates are not guarantees, and weather or busy seasons can sometimes slow things down.

Order tracking

You can track your package with the link in your shipping email or on the carrier's website.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is lost or very late, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to look into it and may send a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
