We are Candle Book Company, a small business operating from South Carolina, USA.

1. Use of the Site

2. Products and Orders
All candles are hand-poured, small-batch luxury soy candles with original, IP-safe scent profiles inspired by fantasy and bookish themes. Products are made to order or in limited runs.
  • Orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (even after confirmation) for any reason, including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
  • Descriptions, images, and scent notes are approximate and for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly due to handmade nature.
  • All prices are in USD and exclude shipping, taxes, and duties (added at checkout where applicable).
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices may change without notice. We use secure third-party payment processors; we do not store full card details. By placing an order, you authorize us (or our processor) to charge the selected payment method.
4. Shipping and Delivery
  • Shipping times are estimates only (typically 3–10 business days domestic after curing/processing).
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or customs issues for international orders.
  • For damaged or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for resolution (replacement or refund at our discretion).
5. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale inquiries are subject to separate approval, minimums, and a wholesale agreement. These Terms apply to the extent not contradicted by a signed wholesale contract. Wholesale customers agree to resale-only use and not to represent products as their own creation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (logos, text, images, scent concepts) is owned by us or licensed to us. Our scents are original creations and 100% IP-safe — not intended to imitate or infringe protected fragrances or brands. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Candles are burnable items — follow all safety instructions. We are not liable for misuse, improper burning, or resulting damage/injury.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Indemnification
